Dean Logan


Dean started his career in education as a teacher at Witton park in 1991, rejoining the school in 2010 as Headteacher. Dean’s career includes experience in special education, primary school, middle school and secondary schools; in both maintained and academy sectors.

Dean’s teaching and leadership expertise was gained whilst working in several Local Authorities; Lancashire, Shropshire, Sandwell, Worcestershire, Telford and Wrekin, Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen. Each different school and area has added a richness and diversity to his expertise that helps to focus on people as individuals and value all contributions from the school community.

Dean also works as a local leader of education and for Ofsted as a school inspector. This work continues to widen his experience and expertise that in turn contributes to the development of leaders within AtC. Working in partnership with a wider group of stakeholders is a key part of Dean’s vision for the Trust.

In his role as CEO of AtC Dean leads on the growth and development of the Trust to support sustained improvements in all Trust schools, working collaboratively with other schools and Trusts across the region, for the benefit of pupils, to provide the highest standard of education possible.

Jenny Goy

Director of Finance and Operations

Jenny Goy is the trusts Director of Finance and Operations and Company Secretary. She joined the trust in December 2017 after working as a School Business Manager for a large 11-18 academy. Jenny has previously worked as an Education Finance Consultant which involved travelling the length and breadth of the country, visiting a variety of schools and educational settings.
Jenny started her career as an apprentice for Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. She decided she wanted to work in education after visiting schools with the councils Internal Audit team.
Jenny is married with one young son. Out of work she enjoys a variety of hobbies including sailing and kayaking. Jenny is a keen musician and has played in a variety of bands and ensembles over the years.

Tracy Harrison

Executive Headteacher

Tracy started teaching in 1992 at Roseacre Primary School. After working here for 7 years, she moved to Layton Primary in Blackpool as Literacy lead across the school. Following her work on Literacy, Tracy was appointed as an Intensive Support Consultant for Blackpool Local Authority. In this role, Tracy supported several schools, working alongside the leadership teams focusing on school improvement and raising attainment.

It was during these years as a consultant that Tracy developed her coaching and mentoring skills, working alongside schools experiencing difficulty and helping to steer them towards rapid and sustainable improved outcomes for children and families.

Tracy became Headteacher at Thames Primary Academy in 2010, moving onto Executive Headteacher at both Thames and Roseacre (on behalf of AtC) in 2019. In September 2020 after the successful merger of Thames and AtC, Tracy was appointed as Primary Director for AtC, continuing in her role as Executive Headteacher at both primary schools.

In this role, Tracy provides support and leadership expertise to the primary schools in the Trust, working collaboratively with other primaries across Blackpool and the surrounding areas. Tracy is a well respected leader in primary education with a vast experience of delivering high quality outcomes.

Business Support Officer

The Business Support Officer provides administrative support to the trust Executive Team and to the central team. They contribute to whole trust projects and ad hoc development work in line with the trust development plan. The will help to support staff recruitment, pensions administration and input payroll changes.

Chris Hall

Media and Marketing Officer

Chris works as the Media and Marketing Officer for AtC Multi-Academy Trust. He is skilled and experienced within publicising and creating content for both online and offline purposes within the education sector. His qualifications include BA Honours Degree in Digital Media Design and PGCE in ICT. His expertise include developing marketing strategies, proven PR, marketing and communication experience, implementing marketing initiatives using traditional and social media, ability to assess marketing challenges and initiate appropriate solutions, prior experience of digital media and marketing in an educational setting, excellent communication, organisational and project management skills, information management skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Seth Wilkins

In addition to leading the development and implementation of Outward Mindset at ATC, Seth is Arbinger UK’s education lead and delivers on request face to face and digital workshops around the country.

Passionate about the importance of helping people succeed, and deeply committed to the production of inspirational media, Seth is a qualified teacher of history, the designated teacher for children in our care at Witton Park, and a published writer. Over a period of many years, he has participated in various creative arts and media-related projects and is currently researching a biography.
