Imagine what would happen in our pandemic affected communities if every person was invested in the success of everyone around them.  The Arbinger Institute is a global leader in helping this happen.  Established for over forty years, their clients range from Nike in the US, to the Danish police, Coca Cola in Spain and Dr Reddy’s Foundation in India.  Here in the UK, the British team has worked with corporations such as ASOS, IBM and Nationwide as well as dozens of NHS organisations.  They are currently involved with Healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria, a multi-agency partnership that joins up health and care services across the North West region.

 

Associated with Arbinger since 2018, Achievement through Collaboration has now invested in their brand new resource ‘Outward Mindset Online’.  In this session, Seth Wilkins introduces an immersive, ten episode digital course that can be accessed on-demand over the next six months.  This Netflix quality documentary style training uses real people and real-life stories to facilitate principles of mindset and enable unique ways to change: to increase wellbeing, improve communication and enhance collaboration.

 

Passionate about the importance of helping people succeed, and deeply committed to the production of inspirational media, Seth is a qualified teacher of history and a published writer. Over the past twenty years, he has participated in various creative arts and media-related projects and is currently researching a biography.  In addition to leading the introduction and development of outward mindset in the MAT, Seth is the designated teacher for looked after and previously looked after children at Witton Park Academy.  His whole school roles also include leading on pupil peer mentoring and supporting staff and pupil wellbeing.

This is a “double loop” session – meaning that all models/examples used in the session can also be used with your own students.
