The finance department is approaching month end again so are busy working towards the deadline in order to produce monthly management accounts for our trustees.

 

Our Internal Auditors, Red Rambler Ltd, visited this week to review our budgeting process and the Single Central Record.

 

HR are finalising plans to introduce a new HR management system. The new system will enhance monitoring absence, recruitment and much more. The HR team is very excited to have the new system in place!

 

Flu jabs for trust staff are taking place next week. Rosie is now the designated first aider for the team and following her first aid training last week has recommended using the first aid app, this could help to save lives. The link to this app is below:

All committees of the trust board met this week.  The full trust board meeting will follow in a few weeks time.

 

John Tarbox, our previous deputy CEO, visited the Trust this week to discuss quality assurance and performance management system. A good example of how we continue to work collaboratively with other trusts.

 

The IT team have been busy updating servers throughout the Trust to ensure they run effectively.

 

The Marketing and IT department have been in discussions with Witton Park Academy in regards to digital signage. The signage will aim to engage pupils with activities and help promote positivity throughout the school. More information to follow.
